3424616 - error “Time-based variances don't support multi-dimensional tuple filters” when click on the time dimension in chart

When Using Linked Analysis and filtering on Data Point Selection, story shows error: "Time-based variances don't support multi-dimensional tuple filters" after clicking on the time dimension in chart.

Click on the time dimension in chart in the story which is using BW live connection or S/4HANA live connection. 

Limitation

When the error message - "Time-based variances don't support multi-dimensional tuple filters" is displayed in SAC, the backend returned the "real" error message " xxx used in the tuple filter is involved in current member" in HAR file. This is because the "current member" variables are in the query and if filter on another dimension, a tuple filter will generated. This is a limitation that tuple filter is not supported when characteristic involved in current member. This is similar when use the link analysis with the table, a tuple filter will generated when click on the dimension.

As a workaround, add the dimension which is using current member as a story file and select a value, then no tuple filter will be generated in above scenario.
