3424710 - Error Message occurring while generating a Data Subject Information Report

When generating a Data Subject Information Report on a Candidate, the system returns an error "Unable to retrieve data for Candidate while reading data for Recruiting Module".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to "data subject information report"
2. Search with the first name and last name of the affected Candidate
3. Click on generate report
4. And you will see that report is completed with warnings
5. Check the execution manager logs for the error

There are anonymized applications associated to this Candidate in the system. If the Candidate has in-progress applications associated to their Profile only, then the Report will work without issue. If the Candidate has at least 1 anonymized application associated to their Profile, then the error will be returned.

As an alternative solution, please consider creating a Report in Ad-Hoc on either the Application or Candidate Column to gather the relevant data you seek on the Candidate. If you wish to extract their attachments from the system, please use Integration Centre.
