3424750 - DVM report contains no data - "This SAP Data Volume Management service report is neither complete nor consistent"

• DVM service reports generated for a system are missing data, and section 2 'Service Summary' contains the message: "This service report is neither complete nor consistent. The most likely reason for this is a missing download or non-availability of essential data in the download."
• In the Guided Procedure for the service session, in step 2.2, there is a red status for Database Resources, and there are no database size values displayed.
