3424933 - DocuSign Integration - no automatic update of the Quote Status

No automatic status change from "Waiting for E-signing" to "Signed".

Environment URL is not properly set up.

1. It is needed to verify the environment URL in Setup
2. Go to Setup, inside Providers
3. DocuSign is located in Third-Party Integration.
4. Check the environment URL.
   1. If the quote engine is 1.0, it can be populated with either one of the followings:
      1. https://<environment>.docusign.net/restapi/v2/login_information
      2. https://<environment>.docusign.net/restapi/v1/login_information
   2. If the quote engine is 1.0, it should be populated with:
      1. https://<environment>.docusign.net/restapi/v2.1/login_information
