3424989 - Excl. Bulk Material indicator for MRP group(T438M-EXSGT) does not work.

Symptom

The indicator ''Excl. Bulk Material = 2 - No generation of dependent requirements" is set for MRP group 0001 which is assigned to bulk component,
However, dependent requirements are still created and displayed in T-code MD04.
