All employees are visible in Dashboard Search even if the target population for the Hiring Manager is "External Users"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
2. Click in the Search
3. Try to fill some letter, for example "a"
4. All employees will appear despite the target population defined to the hiring manager

The user has more than one role, and in one of their roles, they are granted permission to access employee data and the target population.

You need to grant the user only the roles with the target populations to which you want to provide access.

You can check the roles assigned to the user following these steps:

1. Go to "User Role Search"
2. Search for the user in "Access Users"
3. Select "Employee Data" in "Permission Category"
4. The roles that grant permission to "Employee Data" will appear
