3425024 - While creating deliveries by Tcode VLMOVE the system carries out only basic checks on the eligibility of these deliveries

Symptom

While running movement 313 "material to material" in Tcode VLMOVE it is allowing to process and to change the "Receiving Material" which can cause data inconsistency.

Material number in "FROM" tab, it's automatically filled in "Receiving Material" tab but is possible to edit the "DEST" material value.
