3425035 - When executing dump transaction command, got tiimeslice -604 error

Symptom

1.timeslice error

timeslice -604, current process infected at ffffffff7eac96dc (__fdsync+0x8)

timeslice error: spid 1831 exhausted its 'time slice' of 100 milliseconds and additional 'cpu grace time' of 500 ticks (50000 milliseconds). It has been marked for termination.
