Upload of cost rates in the app 'manage cost rates - services' does not work. The file is not selected for upload.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Cause
The upload file has more than 1000 line items or the file size is more than 1MB.
Resolution
As written in the excel template, the cost rate upload via excel supports maximum of 1000 record. And the maximum size of selected file is limited to 1MB due to which file can't be selected.
In case there is a requirement to upload more that 1000 line items, upload has to be done with more files (one can contain max 1000 records) or one of the below APIs can be used:
