3425395 - After enabling the Onboarding Real Time Sync, Onboarding Users are not visible in IAS

• The customer has implemented Real Time Sync following this help guide Manage Real-Time Sync of New Hires from SAP SuccessFactors to Identity Authentication with Identity Provisioning in IPS, but some Onboarding users were not synced to IAS.

• The Real Time Sync is enabled and the Onboarding checkbox is set but Onboardees are not getting synced.
