3425415 - Unable to proxy as user's concurrent employments using the Employment Switcher

• Unable to proxy as user's concurrent employments. 
• Error: "Inactive username entered for the account holder" when using the employment switcher when proxied as a user. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

1. Log into affected system with provided support access. 
2. Proxy as the mentioned user
3. See the proxy is successful. 
4. Switch to the proxied user's concurrent employments via the employment switcher
5. See the error: "Inactive username entered for the account holder" appear until switching back to the main employment.

Proxy permissions have not been granted to the concurrent employments - only to the main employment. 

• When proxy assignment is done for the primary concurrent employment, then Employment switcher will not work.
• However, the employment switcher works for Proxy if proxy permissions are given to both employments so ensure proxy permissions are provided to all employments in the employment switcher so proxy is successful to all employments.
• When creating a proxy assignment, you can only select one employment as the proxy or as the account holder (target user). The proxy assignment only applies to one employment. If the target user has multiple employments and you want to give the proxy access to all of them, you need to create multiple proxy assignments. 
• When acting as a proxy, you can only select one employment as the target user. The proxy session only applies to one employment. When you proxy as someone with multiple employments, you only see information relevant to the employment you selected as the target user. You don't see information relevant to the person or to other employments. As a proxy, if you only have proxy access to one employment for the target user, the context switcher is hidden. You can only use the context switcher if you have proxy access to more than one of the target user's employments.
