Is it possible to setup two SMTP relays for two sending domains e.g. (company.com) and (new.company.com)?

For example,

Setup the first SMTP relay using option #3 for From Address (noreply@company.com).
Setup the second SMTP relay using option #2 for From Address (noreply@new.company.com).
