3425677 - Monitor Purchase Requisition Items filter 'Created By'

It is possible to filter a work list using the 'Created By' field in the 'Monitor Purchase Requisition Items' APP. 
To do so a user would include the 'Created By' as a filter criteria and enter the CB number of the user to search for their Purchase Requisitions.
Sometime search by the user description works and sometimes only the CB user works.    

SAP S/4Hana Cloud 

• Open the 'Monitor Purchase Requisition Items' APP. 
• Change the selection filters to include the 'Created By' field 
• Enter the 'Created By' user's name and press go  

The APP 'Monitor purchase requisition items' retrieves the data from the CDS view C_PURREQNITEMMNTR.
In this CDS view the 'Created By' field is filled with the CB user number of the user who created the Purchase Requisition.  

** Purchase Requisitions created by MRP do not have a CB user number in the 'Created By' field they may have the user description of the MRP controller 
 

To search successfully with the 'Created By' field, a user would need to fill the 'Created By' field 
exactly as it is filled in the CDS view C_PURREQNITEMMNTR. So for regular Purchase Requisitions  
enter the CB user number, eg: CB9980000000 and for MRP generated Purchase Requisitions the 
name as it is saved in the field. 

** For MRP origin Purchase Requisitions a user can also search by filter criteria 'MRP Controller'.
