See error while uploading custom onboarding document template:

ChangeSet index 1 - Virus was found in the file and was not uploaded

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates
2. Upload the PDF document
3. See error: "ChangeSet index 1 - Virus was found in the file and was not uploaded"

1. "Active Content Detection" option is enabled in Provisioning, hence Virus scan service is reporting error.
2. Active content (e.g. macro) exists in the PDF document uploaded.

(For SAP Support only) Backend log: please check internal memo.

Disable "Active Content Detection" option in Provisioning >> Company Settings (with help of implementation partner), or sanitize the PDF document and remove the active content.
