What is the system behavior after cancelling Rehire on New Employment process from Onboarding dashboard?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate onboarding for candidate
2. Proceed with "Rehire with New Employment" in Rehire Verification
3. Cancel the RONE process for candidate from ONB dashboard

Expected behaviors:

(1) Data Inspector: Status of new employment rehire user will change from Valid=e to Valid=d.

(2) ONB Dashboard: Record will be removed from ONB dashboard.

(3) New Employee Profile: New employment record (new separate profile entry created by RONE) will NOT be removed from Employee Profile.

• To remove the new employment record, it's necessary to perform "Purge inactive user" for the new employment rehire user.

(4) History of existing inactive Employee Profile:

• Only user-related information (e.g. Job Information, Employment Information) will be purged from existing inactive Employee Profile.
• Person-related information (e.g. Personal Information, Home Address) will NOT be purged from existing inactive Employee Profile and need to be manually removed by deleting history record.
