Symptom
- Running a SailPoint proprietary application and receiving the following error:
Error 925, Message Text [93]: "Maximum number of used databases for each query has been exceeded. The maximum allowed is 8..." - The vendor indicates that this query requires sa_role to function.
- If we give the id sa_role, we do not get the 925 error.
- Is there a way to get around this error without granting sa_role?
- The assumption is that there is one transaction and looping through each database on a server.
- We don't understand how/why sa_role gets around this.
