Symptom

  • Service SAP Cloud ALM > Health Monitoring is showing:
    [Critical] 87 metrics in status: 'Critical': 0, 'Warning': 52, 'Okay': 12, 'Info': 23

  • Drill into the metrics and find no Critical status metrics > highest metric found is just warning
  • SAP Cloud ALM reporting [Critical] health status but cannot find any Critical health metrics in service
  • Why is Health Monitoring showing Critical rather than Warning or Okay?
