3425897 - "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error" Error in the Collaboration Window

You are trying to use the Collaboration Window, however when trying to perform an upload the system returns the following error log:

ERROR An error occured during upload! Reason for error: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

One possible cause for this issue is that the Collaboration Window is being set up in a machine that does not have the minimum system requirements.

This is generally the case when trying to use the tool in a virtual machine, for example.

The Collaboration Window setup should be configured in a native desktop environment in order to work correctly.
