Symptom
Our LeanIX synchronization job to Signavio fails, and the error states that the 'directoryID is Null', even though our Signavio directory access rights are setup correctly.
Resolution
Check within the Leanix job settings, whether you can access the Signavio directory. If you cannot, then as a workaround, have the Leanix admin hardcode the Signavio file directory id into the synch job. To obtain the Signavio file directory id, go to Signavio Hub > Process Manager > Highlight the destination folder, and in the url above (should look something like this : https://xxxxx.signavio.com/p/explorer#/directory/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx), copy the last set of numbers/letters, and paste into the leanix sync job settings. Run the job again. To determine the root cause, please open a support ticket with the Leanix product team.
