3425925 - Cannot view agnostic type documents in BI Launchpad/CMC after upgrade

Symptom

  • When viewing a document of type Agnostic in BI Launchpad or CMC, it only downloads and does not view within BI Launchpad/CMC.
  • Documents with SI_MIME_TYPE 'application/octet-stream' do not open in BI Launchpad/CMC, instead they are downloaded.
  • Agnostic documents added to BI folders after upgrade are not opening in BI Launchpad/CMC, they start downloading.
    • Viewing older agnostic documents, that were promoted from an older version of BI Platform may still be possible.
