3426054 - Confirmation Messages Not Being Triggered via Business Partner Web Service Interface in SAP S/4HANA – Multiple Solutions

When replicating business partners from a source system to a target system via the web service interface, confirmation messages are not triggered or sent back to the source system upon encountering errors in the target system. This includes scenarios such as:

• The target system fails to process the payload (due to errors, dumps, etc.) and does not inform the source system.
• SAP ERP receives a message from a source system (e.g., SAP Ariba) but does not generate the corresponding confirmation message.
• No confirmation message is sent back to the source system when the business partner replication ends with an error.
• The 'Confirmation_Out' message is not sent back to the source system if the business partner replication fails in the target system.
• The business partner confirmation out message is not triggered from the SAP S/4HANA system to the target system (e.g., Ariba).
