Symptom

This KBA explains Pricing Date Synchronization with Customized Date in Document Types for a certain document type.

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. The pricing date for a document type in C4C will match the customized (for instance, requested) date only if they are identical.
  2. Any external changes in an integrated scenario that result in discrepancy between these dates will be viewed as manual revisions, disabling the active "Pricing Date=Customized Date" link in C4C.
  3. Once the pricing date undergoes manual modifications, it ceases to be influenced by future adjustments to the customized date.
