3426105 - Custom fonts display in Web Intelligence server but do not display in PDF export

Symptom

  • When export a Web Intelligence(WebI) report on the BI Launch Pad server in PDF with Japanese half-width kana characters and using the Gulim font, half-width kana characters are not displayed
  • When export a WebI report on Web Intelligence Rich Client (on client machine) in PDF with Japanese half-width kana characters and using the Gulim font, half-width kana characters are displayed
