Resolution

The Digital Discovery Assessment is used by tens of thousands of people all around the globe in the sales cycles of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to assess a customer's requirements and match them with the best SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solution to fit their needs, plus providing a foundation for the implementation phase of their SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system. This occurs in the Discover phase of the SAP Activate Methodology for both SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition. Typically, a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), or similar role from the prospective customer works with SAP Sales, or a sales partner to complete the DDA.

Access to the DDA is restricted to partners that have the following authorization:

PE Sell or PE Service authorization for any of the following products:

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Public Edition
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Private Edition

In all other cases, access to DDA is on invitation basis only. An invitation can be done by SAP or an authorized partner.
