3426186 - The indicator “Number of jobs” in VF06 does not split the billing jobs.

Symptom

Even the indicator “Number of jobs” in VF06 has been set as more than 1, the billing job is still not split into multiple child jobs. Therefore, the billing creation performance can not be improved.
