Candidates able to create profile and apply for Jobs from Embargoed countries  like Iran, Cuban, Syria etc.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Check on the Reports
2. The country of Candidate is Iran/Syria/Cuban or any other Embargoed countries.

OR

1. Go to external Career Site
2. Select Country Iran/Syria/Cuban or any other Embargoed countries.
3. Candidates are able to create profile and able to proceed with application.

These candidates will be operating from other physical locations and not from the Embargoed countries.

The system takes the candidates geo -ip to validate their physical location

 "Geo-ip Blocking is used to block access from Embargoed countries which track the origin of IP. Candidates belonging to embargo country located somewhere else would be able to access SF system. There is no restriction in place to restrict candidates belonging to embargo country who are physically located somewhere else."

if the candidate is physically located in a different country, they can select an embargoed country as country of residence,  but once they are  physically located in an embargoed country, then system will not accept (checks your geo-ip) and will receive the error.
