In your CI tenant iflows that are configured to connect to an oracle DB are failing intermittently with the below error.
org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Failed to obtain JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call, cause: oracle.net.ns.NetException: Got minus one from a read call
