You want to know how to export statutory report 'Balance Sheet and Inc. Statement - China' to excel.

There is no option to export statutory report to excel. You can refer to the below workarounds.

Download the relevant XML file using the below steps:

1. Go to General Ledger - Statutory Reports.
2. Select report Balance Sheet and Inc. Statement - China.
3. Select the Run Name ID and click 'View Printed Results'.
4. Click 'View Original XML'.
5. Click 'Download'.

You can also refer to some analytic reports in the system. Such as 'Financial Statements', 'Financial Statements - Two Years'. You can export these reports to excel.
