Before or after completing Onboarding flow for Rehire with Old Employment, the HiringNotCompleted is always true.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Resolution
Since the hiring is not completed, the HiringNotCompleted flag would never be reset to true for rehire with old employment feature (ROOE).
If the HiringNotCompleted flag is set to true during the ROOE process, please raise a ticket to the support team to investigate.
Please provide the following information in the ticket.
- Company ID
- Support access
- Candidate name
Different behaviors between ROOE and RONE：
