Symptom

  • The system is displaying a notification stating "There is no conversion pixel with activity in the last 7 days" after successfully connecting Digital Ads with Emarsys.
  • Users may fail to see any data in the Digital Ads if the existing pixel isn’t properly integrated or if the connected audiences are not included in live ad campaigns.
