How to revert the SAP standard form template to a previous version.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Form Template Maintenance view.
3. Select an SAP standard form template.
4. Click Versions button.
5. The Revert To button is gray.

The SAP standard form template has been modified.

It is impossible to revert the SAP standard form template after modifying. But it is possible to use the pervious SAP standard form template as a new custom form template by followings:

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to Form Template Maintenance view.
3. Select the form template needed to be reverted.
4. Click Version and then select the previous version.
5. Click download.
6. Extract the download ZIP file.
7. Go back to the system and click upload. If choosing As New Variant, system will create a new template under the same group with the selected template. While if choosing To Replace Existing Variant, system will overwrite the selected template and create a new version.
8. Choose and upload the extracted XDP file.
9. Publish the uploaded template.
