Manage cost center: No new validity period created after update of name in translation tab

When changing the name or description of a cost center in the login language of the user, the system behavior is correct, since a new validity period is created correctly.

But, when changing the name or description directly in the tab “Translation”, the system allows the change of the fields without any creation of a new validity period.
