3426723 - Cost center is not available for selection when creating supplier invoice

The user is not possible to select cost center when using Fiori App create supplier invoice.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open Fiori App create supplier invoice.
2. Maintain all required fields.
3. Click on the search help for the cost center field.
4. No available cost centers can be found.

The reason why the user does not see all cost centers is that the user is logged on in English and the cost center search help uses the language to search for the cost center. But there is no cost center has an English description maintained. 

If users are working in English language, the cost centers should be maintained English texts.
