3426901 - Picklist drop down values not available within the object in Manage Data - Employee Central

When trying to select a value from a drop down within Manage Data, there are no options available to select.

1. Navigate to Manage Data;
2. E.g. Job Classification > Select the Job Classification;
3. Click on Take Action > Make a Correction;
4. Open a picklist drop down and see that no value is being displayed although a picklist is configured in the field within Configure Object Definitions > Job Classification.

Picklist effective date is after the record that is being edited within Manage Data.

Please check picklist effective date. In our example:

• Picklist effective date is Jan 01, 2020 and the record within Job Classification is effective as of Jan 01, 1900. Result: no value will be displayed as the picklist will not be effective on the records' date.

• When changing the picklist effective date to Jan 01, 1900, values are being displayed as expected. Another option to solve the issue is to create a new record after picklist's effective date.
