Symptom

When replicating a C4C ticket outbound it is not generating Service Order due to an error in C4C application, "External code for TextCollectionTextTypeCode XXXX (Reply from Customer) of Map Group YY could not be determined", with XXXX representing the external code for code list mapping and YY representing the code list mapping group.
