3426931 - Not possible to change Sold-to Party in Sales order via BAPI

Symptom

When trying to change Sold-to Party for a Sales Order by using BAPI "SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE" system raises error message:
"You cannot change the entry in partner function AG" (VPD006).
However, is possible to change the Sold-to Party through VA02.
