3426982 - Drop down values in custom tasks for offboarding - Onboarding

• The customer has configured an Offboarding Custom Task, but a custom field is not consistently returning the expected list.
• The issue appears intermittently. Iif the browser tab is refreshed, the list shows correctly.
• It was observed that when the rule is set to OnChange in the MDF object’s Object Definitions, the problem occurs. Changing the rule to OnSave resolves the issue and the field works as expected.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The rule is configured at the object level, as a 'OnChange' rule.

OnChange rules are only supported for validation and evaluation scenarios at the field level in MDF.
