Symptom

Some business object is created in C4C and it is supposed to replicate to ECC system using a standard Interface via PI/PO.
The error showing in the SOAP message is
SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 403: ModSecurity Action - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

Via Http trace you may also see:

Headers:
Status Code: 403 ModSecurity Action
Response:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
