3427092 - Offboarding Dashboard not appearing in the dropdown menu - Onboarding

The Offboarding Dashboarding is not available for the users. The Termination Processes are 'Unfinished' in BPE.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause 1: The Offboarding application is not enabled in Provisioning 

Cause 2: You must update the same from Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding page

Cause 3: The rule conditions are not matching. 

Solution 1: Go to provisioning and ensure that in Company Settings, the 'Offboarding' option is enabled.

Solution 2: Go to 'Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding' page >  Select the process that you want to update under Select Process Flows > Select a service user from the Select Service User dropdown menu.

Solution 3: Go to Configure Business Rules > check if the conditions are matching with the Employee information
