3427092 - Offboarding Dashboard Not Appearing In The Dropdown Menu - Onboarding

The Offboarding Dashboarding is not available for the users in the drop down menu.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to instance
2. On the drop down menu, the Offboarding is missing

• Cause 1: The Offboarding application is not enabled in Provisioning 
• Cause 2: You must update the xml by performing Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding page
• Cause 3: Necessary permissions are not granted
• Cause 4: There is no terminated user
• Cause 5: The rule: Initiate Offboarding Configuration conditions are not matching
• Cause 6: There is no manager associated to the terminated user
• Cause 7: Cause by Error: filterRoleIdsByBaseUserId for baseUserId [null]

• Solution 1: Go to Provisioning > Company Settings, ensure that the 'Offboarding' option is enabled
• Solution 2: Go to 'Update Process Flows for Onboarding and Offboarding' page >  Select the process that you want to update under Select Process Flows > Select a service user from the Select Service User dropdown menu. Make sure that this service user is active in the system
• Solution 3: Ensure that the admin and the user has necessary offboarding permissions. Please refer to: Role-Based Permissions for Offboarding
• Solution 4: Ensure that you have a current terminated user for the offboarding to trigger as well
• Solution 5: Go to Configure Business Rules > check rule with scenario: Initiate Offboarding Configuration > check if the conditions are matching with the Employee information and if only one business rule existed in the instance for offboarding process
• Solution 6: Ensure that there is a manager assigned to the terminated user. Please cross check as well in the Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO
