After deleting the used Settlement Rules and creating new ones, you want to run Reversal Settlement but the system takes the deleted rule as parameter.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Cause
Correct system behavior.
Resolution
The reversal always looks into the Settlement history, therefore, the deletion of settlement rules has no impact on reversal.
If a rule has already been used in Settlement, it will be greyed out and not changeable. Once the rule is deleted and a new one is created, the new rule will only be considered in the next period (since the old rule is still in the settlement history for the current period).
