3427288 - Cannot download txt attachment in app My Inbox(F0862)

Symptom

The txt attachment could be downloaded via VA02/VA03 in SAPGUI however it cannot be downloaded in web page such as in app My Inbox (F0862) with error "Resource not found for segment 'Attachment'". And this issue will not occur for other type file such as PDF, word and Excel.
