Symptom
Sometimes users will experience issues with logging on the mobile app even though they can successfully login using a web browser. After entering in their account name and hitting Next, they will often see a screen with just the Workforce brand logo (or a custom logo for the account if they have that configured). This may happen either before or after the actual sign-in step.
Again, this only occurs with the mobile app. Attempts to log in through a browser using the public URL work fine. So the account itself is working, but the mobile app is not.
