3427681 - The shopping cart is assigned to another user via Shopping Cart Management but the Confirm Delivery and Quick Confirm Delivery buttons are disabled

The shopping cart is assigned to another user via Shopping Cart Management but the new Owner has the access of the option to do the quick delivery.
But the Confirm Delivery and Quick Confirm Delivery buttons are disabled

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Go to Self-Services view.
3. Go to the Self-Services Overview subview.
4. Select the Go Shopping or Go Shopping (Advanced) link under the Shopping section.
5. Select the shopping cart DEF(DEF refers to the shopping cart id)
6. The Confirm Delivery and Quick Confirm Delivery buttons are disabled for the new user/owner

For the shopping cart, when assigned to another user via the shopping cart management view,

1. First, the "Goods and Services Receipt Expected" should be checked in the purchase order created as a follow-up of such a shopping cart.

2. The users should belong to the same org units

Generally, the Confirm Delivery button will be enabled only for the requester or creator of the shopping cart.

But for the shopping cart when trying to assign it to another user via shopping cart management, both users should be from the same company and office location under the same org unit, then they can execute "confirm delivery".

The option will be enabled on the preview(OWL) screen, i.e. Home->My requests-> Select the shopping cart->at the bottom under "Details: Items of the shopping cart", check the button "Confirm Delivery".

This is a standard system behavior.
