3427726 - Transporting Home Pages and Workspaces not working

Symptom

  • Unable to import content to another subaccount
  • Import shows successful but nothing is reflected on the home page
  • After importing a new home page, the home page is not loading correctly and many tiles and cards are blank or missing

Reproducing the Issue

Follow the steps to transport content items such as home pages, workspaces, and workspace templates as explained at Transporting Home Pages and Workspaces | SAP Help Portal

Cause

There is a limitation with the current Work Zone homepage import function that image names can only contain ASCII characters.

Resolution

Engineering team will work on enhancing this functionality. As soon as there is any update on that, this KBA will be updated.
