3427741 - How to change Alerts from ACTIVE to AUTO_COMPLETE for short interval

1) In t-code RZ20, click "Display alerts" for a MTE node, click "Show alert history", there are many "ACTIVE" alerts.

2) In path RZ20->SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors->CCMS Selfmonitoring->MoniInfra_<instance name>->Space> messages, there are such information:

        X Alerts automatically completed, as they are older than 31 days old.

        And XX Alerts automatically completed, as free space fell below 10 %
