Symptom

  • Searching for users in the "Select Users/Groups" popup window is slow when sending a document to a BI Inbox or any other destination.
  • The delay occurs regardless of destination type (BI Inbox, email, FTP, etc).
  • Search results for user names take longer than expected to appear.
