3427807 - How to maintain EAM user status profile in other languages

Symptom

When logon to system with language EN, user status is displayed in Status inclusive/Status exclusive selection field in transaction code IW39. 
However, when logon with other languages, there is no user status displayed in the Status inclusive/Status exclusive selection field in transaction code IW39.
