3427945 - Manage Workforce: Unable to re-import previously deleted users

It is needed to re-import a user in Manage Workforce fiori app that was previously deleted, but there is an error raised:

Worker XXYY already exists with name YXYYX.

The deletion of the user was incorrectly executed, not following the ILM process.

To delete them properly and be able to reimport with the same user ID please follow the resolution from KBA:
