3428022 - DB error 535 :  The datediff function resulted in an overflow. The number of dateparts separating two date/time instances is too large.

System gets time difference issue after OS restart. For example, the system time is changed to 2262/12/14 which was extremely far than current time.
After modifying the system time, the system can be started without issue except the database error 535 occurs every 2 hours from job SAP_COLLECTOR_PERFMON_RSDBPREV
