3428059 - How to delete users personalization data e.g., Saved Search, Bookmark for FPM applications?

• WebDynpro report such as FPM is used. For specific users, the app doesn't load, and after a long time, it gives time out error. For other users, the app works fine.
• Error message like "500 internal server error, message E WEBDYNPRO_RT 007 cannot processed in plugin mode HTTPS server time".
• Error message like "500 Internal Server error, View element with ID DROP_TARGET_1_1_1 in view PAGE_CONTENT already exists", below dump can be checked in ST22:
